1. What should the Dimension of my image be?

We require your images to be in a minimum size of 1MB. The higher the resolution, the better your artwork would turn out to be.
We recommend images of dimensions that match with the Aspect Ratio of the frame you select. A minimum dimension of 800 X 800 - 150 dpi (dots per inch) would be recommended. Please note, that if the dimensions of the image do not fit into the frame that you select, we will change the dimensions of the image in order to fit the image in the frame. The changes can include cropping, scaling, enhancing, adding additional background that matches with the image, etc...

 

2. What are the available frame sizes(in inches)?

8*10, 11*14, 12*12, 12*16, 16*20, 18*24.

 

3. How many photos can be viewed in the Photobook?

Photobooks are designed to accommodate up to 20 photos, with a minimum of 5 photos. We recommend you upload at least 10 photos for a better-looking Photobook.

 

4. Does the QR code work in any devices?

Yes, The QR code can be scanned through any devices.

 

5. Is it possible to add texts to the Photobook?

Yes! it's possible to add custom texts to the Photobook. We normally add some standard texts depending on the purpose you select(For Ex: When buying the product if you select the purpose as 'Birthday', we add some texts relating to Birthday). If you require custom texts to be added to the Photobook, input them in the Designer notes field.

 

6. There's a mistake on my personalization

Please make sure to double check the personalization you've entered including dates, times, spellings etc. If you find an error after your order is placed, EMAIL US IMMEDIATELY (support@decorarc.com). If the production process for your order has not begun, we will be able to make the changes you require. However, if your order is already processed, we won't be able to make any amends.

 

7. Is it possible to see a preview of my personalization before checkout?

Absolutely! Please make sure to write us @support@decorarc.com requesting for a preview of the customization and we will share a copy for your review.

Please add a note under Add Notes For Designer textbox requesting for a preview of the customization and we will share a copy for your review through email.

 

8. When will I receive my order?

Our turnaround time is 1-2 business days after your order is placed, when it's personalized and ready to be sent out. Shipping time depends on where you're located, but we hope you'll receive your product within 3-5 business days. 9. Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be accepted once you have completed and placed your order as it moves into the production process immediately in order to be able to ship out within our window of 1-2 days for production.

 

10. International Shipping

Please note, the below timelines are just an estimate of delivery timelines.

USA : 4–7 business days

UK : 3-5 business days

Canada : 12-15 business days

Australia : 5-9 business days

 

11. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa and MasterCard.
